NETCHER Project collects the following data:
- Personal identification information provided by the eXo collaborative platform.

You directly provide the NETCHER Project with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online for NETCHER Platform.

- Use or view our website via Google Analytics and its Cookies
How will we use your data?
The NETCHER Project collects your data so that we can:
- Develop and make accessible the tools planned in the NETCHER work plan, including the EXO platform and a WebGIS.
- Email you with Project information, newsletters and news of interest to you.
- Manage your Platform account.
How do we store your data?
The NETCHER Project securely stores your Platform data in the European servers.

The NETCHER project securely stores any other personal data (collected when you voluntarily complete a stakeholders survey, fill any form issued by NETCHER project, or provide feedback via email) on eXo’s servers: all data collected and processed by any member of the NETCHER consortium is stored and shared across members of the NETCHER consortium through a private group on the eXo Platform.
The NETCHER Project will keep your Web and Platform data for two years and in any case not beyond the total duration of the project.. When this time period has expired; we will delete your data.

What are your data protection rights?
The NETCHER Project would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request the NETCHER Project for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
