ArThemis is an open-access cultural property restitution database, working under the UNESCO Chair in the International Law of the Protection of the Cultural Heritage at the University of Geneva.
Users can search through a large amount of cases notes in the area of cultural heritage disputes, written by specialists, focussing on the settlements and examining judicial decisions. Relevant documentation is available to support the contents.
